对于生男孩好陈旧思想和观念，我们拿事实说话，更有说法力。当今社会我们的体育赛场上拿的金牌的运动员，女性占据大部分比例。跳水，体操更是女性运动员的强项!!!今年刚刚退役的网球运动员李娜，多次夺冠都给世人创下奇迹。职场上的女企业家，女职业经理人，女硕士生比比皆是。

我们的政府，也一直在推崇男女平等，提供女性社会地位。通过法律法规保护女性权宜。在成功的道路上，女性付出的比男性跟多。醒醒吧，愚昧腐朽的旧思想，谁说好女不如男。

她从小出生在一个艺术世家，父亲是伊朗著名的戏剧家与导演，她从六岁开始进入娱乐圈。她从小到大为了向男孩子一样能够在大街上自由的玩耍和不受规矩的限制，她剃光了那头美丽的秀发，这不仅仅是这么简单，在伊朗这是要被抓紧监狱的事情。

她的星途非常的顺利，这里也少不了她一路以来的艰辛。可是有一天她在前往外国时，被警官拦下，一度询问之下，才发现她被列入了禁止出国的名单，原因紧紧是因为她在一步影片中没有按照伊朗的妇女那样佩戴头巾。但这样子的城府却加大了格什菲男女平等的想法，她拍摄了一组性感的写真，这件事情被国家发现后，将她逐出了伊朗，连她的父母也只能在国外与她见面，还因为她在亲戚面前感到羞耻，自己11年的婚姻也因此结束。可格什菲却非常快乐，在国外她不用受到妇女的限制，她能体会到男女平等的法律，她能随心所欲穿着打扮。

不仅仅在伊朗这个国家，印度。东南亚还有许许多多的小国有着男女不平等的法律。为什么,男女都是人为什么差别这么大? 我希望所有国家可以联合起来严惩男女不平等的法律与社会，这样我们所有的国家都会感到幸福，平等。

empowered women contribute to the health and productivity of whole families and communities and to improved prospects for the next generation. the importance of gender equality is underscored by its inclusion as one of the eight millennium development goals. gender equality is acknowledged as being a key to achieving the other seven goals.

unconscious bias is particularly important as it arises from the implicit assumptions and unspoken attitudes, beliefs and expectations that we all have about others. study after study has highlighted that both men and women have unconscious gender biases. for example, people view men as more capable leaders, men are rewarded more highly than women - just having a male name is more likely to get you the job. if you are a mother, your chances of getting the job are reduced by 70%. overcoming stereotypes and unconscious bias can only be achieved if we are all willing to address our own immediate judgments and can put in place practices and procedures to mitigate their potential effects.

yet discrimination against women and girls - including gender-based violence ,economic discrimination ,reproductive health inequities ,and harmful traditional practices - remains the most pervasive and persistent form of inequality. women and girls bear enormous hardship during and after humanitarian emergencies , especially armed conflicts. for more than 30 years, the fund has been in the forefront of advocating for women, promoting legal and policy reforms and gender-sensitive data collection, and supporting projects that improve women's health and expand their choices in life.

although the idea of gender equality in society, is a laudable concept, i believe a more modest adjustment of severely gender-imbalanced courses would be more practical than a draconian imposition of a 50/50 balance in all university courses.

some people feel that females are underrepresented and do not have equal opportunities in certain professions such as upper management and engineering while others believe society would be better served if more males worked in some professions such as nursing, translating and primary school teaching. both groups feel that not only competition for university places but also social stereotyping plays a role here; that is, if a more gender-balanced workforce were visible, then more young people would feel that it would be socially acceptable for them to follow suit and enter professions that are traditionally associated with the opposite sex.

i agree with these arguments but the correction of gender inequality and imbalance in the workplace cannot take place in the universities only — changes should also be made in society as a whole, including education at the pre-university level. furthermore, the sudden imposition of a rigid 50/50 gender balance in university classes, where there is usually, say, an 80/20 male/female ratio, would probably result in many highly qualified and highly motivated males losing out to some females who were not very academically qualified for those courses and possibly not very interested in pursuing those professions.

on the other hand, if the last 1.0% of class allotments in heavily imbalanced classes were reserved for the 'minority’ sex, and if academic standards were not drastically compromised in the process, then i believe society would benefit.

most of us agree that men and women should enjoy equality in this modern society. but what on earth does this equality mean? to be "equal", those for feminism would like to share everything with men they split bills, apply for masculine jobs,etc. they intended to buy in all the advantages and disadvantages of being a man. on their long journey to the "equal world",they've forgotten some basic facts they are women. even school children know that women, after all, are different from men both physically and mentally. it is unwise, or even stupid,to ignore all these differences and pursue a so called "equal world". we couldn't expect a man to give birth to a baby as we couldn't expect the sun to rise in the west. likewise, we couldn't expect a woman to become the world's fastest runner,as is simple, but seems forgotten by those feminists.

equality is not bisecting everything. real equality should be built upon the common sense of the basic sexual differences.since some of the jobs can only be done well enough by men,women should not feel discriminated when we fail. after all,there're also some jobs, which can only be perfectly done with women's hands. these are not symbols of inequality, but natural laws. what really counts is equality in rights, reputation,etc. only when all the individuals value the spirit of being equal can women really enjoy equality with men.
