首先，参加此次远程网络培训收获最大的是教学观念得到了更新，对新课程理念有了更进一步的认识。新课程要求我们从以知识为本的理念转变为以学生发展为本的理念，重新认识高中英语课程的目标和定位。教师要树立新的学生观。从这个意义上说，我们教师首先转变角色，重新认识师生关系。过去，我们教师把自己作为中心，要学生围着自己转。教师是知识的传授者，而学生只是被动的接受者，甚至把学生当作记录教师讲授内容的录音机。而素质的精神则要求我们以人为本，以学生为主体，尊重学生的情感、个性，需要和发展的愿望。

其次，通过专家的讲解我对英语语法课的课堂设计有了进一步的认识。传统的语法教学是以教语法而教语法，教师讲得累，学生听得烦。新课程理念下的英语语法课不仅要教学生语法知识，更要培养他们运用语法知识的能力。注重学生语言能力的培养。教师应该淡化单独进行语法教学的思想，应该将语法教学融入到英语的四项基本能力的培养当中去，即融入到听说读写当中去。我认为英语语法课的课堂设计大体可以分成以下四个方面进行：导入，呈现，操练和评价。结合所学的知识，引入新内容。激活学生的背景知识。呈现新内容要在真实的语境中，可以是教师呈现，也可以是学生呈现，让学生亲身去体验。学生在运用中自然地学会了这个语法现象。真正的将语法运用到交际中去。从而达到学以致用的效果，这一点是非常重要的。

再次，老师应保持心境心态的年轻，活到老，学到老。要放得下架子，转变思想，更新观念。当今英语教学主要任务之一是培养学生良好的学习习惯和学习兴趣，培养其交际和运用英语的能力。要达到这些任务，首先，教师应尽快从旧教材旧教法的框框中解放出来，转变思想，更新观念。其次，应重视学生学习英语兴趣的培养，激发学生的学习兴趣。新时期英语教学要提倡“乐”的观念，情绪越好，越乐观，对所学内容便会发生浓厚的兴趣，“解决情感问题有助于提高语言学习效果。

总之，这次培训对我们一线教师来说是非常实用的，通过这次培训学到不少了东西，对我们以后的教学工作有很好的指导作用。
